- What are the constraints on organic beer?
- What are the communication and positioning opportunities?
- What might tomorrow's organic IPA look like?
- What are the levers for growth? What process improvements are possible?
- ...
- 12:30 pm: Lunch break
- 2pm: Collab' tastings
- 4 p.m.: Break
- 4:30 p.m.: Tastings of the other beers brought in / Discovery of the new New Zealand harvest
- 6 p.m.: Testing for the informed public (non-brewers)

You will be welcomed in our village of Buffières (71250) in a rural setting.
A responsible meeting:
We'll be paying close attention to the environmental impact of the event: 100% organic and local meals, no useless goodies, no disposable dishes, minimum printing, etc.
We'll send you the list of participants so you can carpool if you wish.
Speakers:
We're not planning an expert conference.
We think you all have some of the answers you're looking for, and our role is to help you formulate them.
We'll set up a dedicated event, enabling you to work in a convivial and collective spirit.
