- Description: Eureka™ has great similarities with Simcoe® and Summit™, which you may already know. It is the descendant of the Apollo and Merkur, which make it an impactful Bittering with very interesting aromatic properties. Probably also because it is very much on red fruits, which is not so frequent among our hop friends (one can still think of the Pacific Gem from New Zealand on this point).
